There are many things I can say about the quality of service I provide, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from my recent clients.

       We have moved several times and Kelly is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. She was so     trustworthy and responsive. If you had a question or concern, she would almost always be available to answer her phone, or if unavailable, would immediately return the call. She went above and beyond in marketing the house with signs, a Facebook page, and open houses. And she updated the MLS pictures when the weather changed to spring and trees and flowers were blooming in the yard.We even had the house advertised on the marquis in front of Martin Realty. We had so many questions, and Kelly was always so patient explaining things. She is there to help you every step of the way, and you can really count on her to get the house sold!

   Kelly West puts her clients' needs first during every step of the process. This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Kelly; the first time she sold our home in Corona CA, and this time (December 2021) she helped us buy a home in Tennessee. My husband and I found "the house" early on during our relocation. Even though Kelly showed us homes that we had chosen ourselves, this particular one stood out and it was the only one we made an offer on. Kelly was persistent about getting information we needed from the listing agent, especially the comps for similar homes in the area. Based on that information, she advised us to make an offer $10,000 below asking. In the current market that may seem ludicrous, but we trusted her from our previous experience when Kelly sold our Corona home; we got exactly the dollar amount she figured the house was worth at the time. We made the offer on the Tennessee house for $10k below asking. Not only was our offer accepted, the appraisal actually came in at the exact price we offered. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for Kelly West's commitment to her clients, integrity, communication and going above and beyond in every respect.

After doing her own analysis, she was helpful in suggesting what needed to be done to make the house sellable at a competitive sales price. She always inquired about what I wanted before offering her suggestions. Although I didn’t require her to keep me posted daily, she texted me about the frequency of potential buyers in the home.        I cannot say enough about Kelly and how wonderful she was to work with throughout our home buying     process. My husband and I moved from Knoxville in 2017 and began looking for a home to purchase in the spring  of 2018. Kelly had, out of the kindness of her heart, helped us find a rental property when we initially moved to  Gallatin, so she was our go-to when it came to home buying.
